Merrimac Dog Training Club

This class is not appropriate for beginner dogs. This class will include abbreviated Standard, Jumpers with Weaves and maneuvers necessary to compete at the Novice level, performance requirements of each obstacle, groundwork /handling necessary to move between them. We'll also cover rules, requirements, and procedures for those new to trialing in AKC Agility.

Note: Students are expected to help setup and break down equipment at the beginning and end of each class.

Prerequisites: Dogs/handlers must have successfully completed MDTC’S Intermediate Obedience classes, Foundations & Groundwork (renamed Intro to Agility) 101-104, and Improving Handler & Dog Skills (Intermediate) or be evaluated by instructor/training director before attending class.
