This is a pre-arranged select group workshop for specific dog/handler teams who have been evaluated and pre-approved to participate in this workshop.  The purpose is to provide a safe, controlled, quiet space for you and your dog to work on behavior issues such as reactivity to other dogs and or people.

MDTC INSTRUCTORS:  Receive up to $100 reimbursement with PRIOR WRITTEN AUTHORIZATION for working spots.  For details, contact the Training Director, Deanna Bullock, 757-778-7608, or email us at training@merrimacdogtrainingclub.org.

Join us for an engaging two-day seminar featuring a mix of topic-focused breakout sessions led by both Connie Cleveland-Nolan and Kelsey Wehr.  Handlers can expect multiple sessions of individual instruction and working time with both instructors each day.

The seminar will cover a variety of topics, including heeling skills, jumping exercises, position changes and specialized sessions on preparing to show. There willalso be an opportunity for a “handler’s choice” session to focus on their specific needs and goals. Please bring your own lunch. 

* Handlers must have prior obedience competition experience in order to secure a working spot.

* Familiarization with Connie’s methods on Obedience Road or her videos will be advantageous to handlers.
